Through research, advocacy and policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, research and capacity building programs, Emmanuel educates citizens to challenge power and encourage freedom of expression debate across Africa.
He has been Managing Editor of CameroonWeb, the most influencial news portal of Cameroon since 2014.
Emmanuel has previously worked as Journalist for the BBC, The North Africa Post. He has also served as Communications and Research Lead for Paradigm Initiative in Nigeria and Google policy Fellow for Francophone Africa.
Emmanuel supports multi-stakeholder Internet governance processes Africa by providing technical support to the Africa Internet governance (AfIGF), as well as a number of National and Regional Initiatives (NRIs), and Schools of Internet Governance (SIGs) as a faculty member.
Emmanuel is a graduate of the University of Greenwich (London), Central University (Tunisia), University of Malta and the IAEC University (Togo).
